IMPORTANT! THE TERMS OF SERVICE GOVERN YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, WHICH IS PROVIDED BY US. BY ACCESSING THIS SITE, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE. THESE TERMS OF USE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY US AT ANY TIME IN ITS DISCRETION. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AFTER SUCH CHANGES ARE IMPLEMENTED CONSTITUTES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. Neither Sarah Meredith nor Jessica Meredith is a medical doctor. Sarah nor Jessica diagnose disease. They claim no formal training in psychology or medicine. As the re-discoverer of Quimby’s Method of Mental Healing, neither Sarah nor Jessica hold a special license in any field. Both Jessica and Sarah offer their services based solely on their skill using Quimby’s Method, which does not replace or substitute for available medical services or alternative health care.

We make no projections or estimates as to how well you will do or the level of success you might achieve by using the information and strategies covered in your consultations or sessions with Sarah and/or Jessica Meredith. Our mission is to share with you the methods, the strategies that have worked well for us and what has not worked. We believe our program will allow you to shorten your healing time. We tell our clients that the level of success they achieve is determined by personal honesty, diligence, knowledge, diet as well as outside factors beyond our control (i.e. genetics, family, general economic and business climate).

Our purpose is to share what worked for us. Neither of us are licensed to practice any profession. We became experts in self-development through trial and error via The School of Hard Knocks. It’s often said that this particular school will "give the test first, then the lesson". Through hard work and study, we are also experts on Quimby’s Method of Mental Healing. Our education was slow, rough, expensive and often painful. However, it gave us what we needed. It made us hungry for a better life. And, above all, it made us seek peace, happiness and put integrity and love first.

Although most of us wish it were not so, healing and self-development are not overnight processes. Anyone who decides to improve their lot in life must expect to invest a lot of time, money, trust, and effort without any guarantee. Self-improvement does not happen by itself. It's work. We are authorities in our techniques; techniques moreover that lead to personal happiness, good health, self-confidence, a fulfilling life and inner-peace. We are not personally there to guide you. Nor, do we know your unique history. The services of a competent licensed professional should be used, when counseling or other expert assistance is required.

Every effort is made to explain the steps we use for healing. Our intention is to make it as clear and easy as possible. However, as with all self-improvement counselors courses, books, teachers, seminars, etc., we can offer no assurances that you will meet with success. We shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person or entity with respect to any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the information contained on this site.

The Introductory Consultation is given at a discount to allow a new client to understand more fully Quimby’s Method of Mental Healing. There is only one Introductory Consultation per person, per lifetime. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time. If you do not wish to be bound by the above, do not seek our help.

Refund Policy and Replacement Policy

We make no guarantees, warranties or promises about healing, relating information or recovery. There is no refund for the Introductory Consultation of $20.00 nor the 150-minutes of sessions $567.00. We do our best to address your situation and help you recover. If you did not like what you were told or asked to do as a part of the technique, it is not a cause for a refund. We did spend our time and our knowledge with you and feel we earned the payment.

There is no refund for the $568.00 Nutritional Treatment Plan which takes hours to prepare and deliver. Also, please be aware that Sarah's reports are verbal. No food supplements or implements are sold without a Treatment Plan. The price of the Treatment Plan does not include what you may need to pay for your food, food supplements or implements.

For physical merchandise delivered via postal mail, Federal Express or UPS, we will issue a replacement of damaged product if it's returned within 15 days of purchase. We will also issue a full refund for product purchased from us, less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs provide the product and packaging is returned in undamaged condition within 15 days of purchase.

This refund policy does not apply to open bottles or damaged goods. We do not accept open bottles of food supplements.

These terms of service are deemed accepted by anyone who uses this site. Again, if you do not wish to be bound by the above, do not seek our help.
